Before you write in

A lot of questions have quick answers already on the site. If a download is not working, first make sure the link is public — private accounts and members-only videos cannot be saved. If a particular quality is missing, it usually means the original video was not uploaded in that resolution. Our guides and blog walk through the most common situations step by step, including how to save videos to your phone's gallery and how to grab audio as an MP3.

Report a broken site

Video platforms change how they work all the time, and occasionally a download stops working as a result. If you hit a link that used to work but no longer does, send us the URL and a short note about what happened. Reports like these are the fastest way for us to spot and fix problems, so they are always welcome.
